These terms govern your use of the Agora Fitness website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Trademarks and intellectual property
Agora Fitness® is a registered trademark and SIGND™ is a trademark of Agora Fitness. All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, brand names, design and software — is owned by or licensed to Agora Fitness and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, adapt or use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, introduce malicious code, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must submit only accurate information and only an email address you are entitled to use.
4. Early access registrations
Registering interest does not guarantee access to SIGND™ or any Agora Fitness product, and does not create a contract between us. Product descriptions, features and launch timings are indicative and may change.
5. No warranties and liability
The site is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
