1. Who we are
Agora Fitness® ("Agora Fitness", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are based in the United Kingdom and process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). You can contact us about privacy at richard@agorafitness.co.uk.
2. What we collect
When you join the early access list we collect your email address and whether you identify as a creator or a brand. We also collect the date and time of your submission, and basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you visit the site.
3. Why we use it and our lawful basis
We use your details to contact you about early access to SIGND™ and related Agora Fitness products, and to operate and secure our website. Our lawful bases are your consent (given when you submit the form) and our legitimate interests in running and protecting our business. You can withdraw consent at any time, and every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and send email on our behalf (hosting, database and email delivery providers), each acting under contract on our instructions. Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or UK International Data Transfer Agreements / Addenda to Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
We keep early access sign-up details until you ask us to remove them, or for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email us at the address above; we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
7. Cookies
We use only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to deliver and secure this website. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If that changes we will ask for your consent first, as required by PECR.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page with a revised date.
